Marine

Salt gets into everything, so marine gear wears out faster on the water than it does anywhere else. What matters is finding the right part quickly and having it last. Off Grid Superstore stocks 3,577 marine products in Australia across anchoring, boat hardware, electrical, engine systems and safety, from dock lines and anodes through to complete inflatable tenders.

What's in the marine range

Boat Hardware is the deepest section at 1,231 products, covering deck fittings, seating, pumps, plumbing and rigging. Anchor & Mooring follows with 646 products, including the Premium Double Braided Dock Line 12mm x 8m, supplied with a mesh storage bag. Boat Systems holds 537 products for engine controls, steering, gauges, tanks and trim tabs.

On the electrical side, Marine Electrical runs to 231 products, including switch panels such as the Switch Panel Black On/Off LED 6-Btn. Water systems are well covered: the Flojet Quiet Quad 12V Water Pump delivers 12 LPM at 35 PSI, and the Jabsco Par-Max 2.9 Water Pressure System Pump covers the larger end.

Which marine parts do you actually need?

Start with what fails first. Anodes are consumable and worth checking every season, because a cheap anode is what stops a sterndrive worth thousands from corroding. Boat Maintenance carries filters and servicing parts, and Safety & Navigation holds the 117 items that keep you compliant, from life jackets to navigation lights.

If you trailer your boat, Trailer has 64 parts covering rollers, jockey wheels, lights and tie-downs. For a complete boat rather than parts, Aristocraft Boats & Accessories carries inflatable tenders including the Searover 2.9M Hypalon RIB, and Electric Boat & Kayak Motors covers Watersnake motors and spares.

What marine parts does Off Grid Superstore stock?

Off Grid Superstore stocks 3,577 marine products in Australia, covering anchoring and mooring, boat hardware, boat systems, marine electrical, anodes, maintenance, safety and navigation, and trailer parts. Brands include Jabsco, Flojet, Quick, Racor and Aristocraft.

How often should boat anodes be replaced?

Check anodes at least once a season and replace them once roughly half the material has gone. An anode is designed to corrode in place of your drive, shaft or rudder, so when it is spent the metal it protects starts to go instead.

What size dock line do I need for my boat?

As a general guide, 12mm line suits boats up to about 8 metres, and diameter steps up as length and displacement increase. Bow and stern lines are usually about the same length as the boat, while spring lines run around two thirds of that.

Do you ship marine parts across Australia?

Yes. Off Grid Superstore ships marine parts Australia-wide from local stock, with free shipping on orders over $99. Bulky items such as inflatable boats and tanks are quoted separately because of their freight class.
