Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every gift card issued by Off Grid Superstore, 2/49-67 Armadale Rd, Jandakot WA 6164, 08 9417 4644, sales@offgridsuperstore.com.au. By buying or using a gift card you agree to them.

1. Buying a gift card

  • Physical gift cards are sold in store at 2/49-67 Armadale Rd, Jandakot WA 6164. Digital gift cards are sold online at offgridsuperstore.com.au and sent by email.
  • Gift cards can be bought for any amount from $2 to $5,000.
  • A gift card must be paid for in full when it is bought. It cannot be paid for with another gift card.
  • Digital cards are emailed to the address given at checkout. Please check the address and your junk folder. We are not responsible for a card sent to an incorrect address.

2. Using a gift card

  • A gift card can be used online at offgridsuperstore.com.au and in store at 2/49-67 Armadale Rd, Jandakot WA 6164.
  • It can be used for part of a purchase. The balance stays on the card, and if your purchase costs more than the balance you pay the difference another way.
  • Online, enter the gift card code at checkout. In store, hand the card to our team or give them the code.
  • A gift card can be used towards the full order total, including delivery.

3. Expiry and fees

  • The balance is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the card or in the email.
  • There are no fees of any kind after purchase, including no balance or service fees.

4. Checking your balance

You can check your balance online at offgridsuperstore.com.au/a/gifthero/balance, in store, or by contacting us on 08 9417 4644.

5. What a gift card cannot be used for

  • It cannot be topped up or reloaded. To give more value, buy a new card.
  • It cannot be used to buy another gift card.
  • It cannot be exchanged for cash and is not refundable, except where the law requires it.
  • It cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.

6. Lost, stolen or damaged cards

Treat your gift card like cash. We may be able to replace the remaining balance if you can give us the card number and your proof of purchase, but we are not required to replace a lost or stolen card.

7. Returns and refunds

  • If you return an item bought with a gift card, the refund goes back onto a gift card.
  • Gift cards themselves cannot be returned for a refund because you changed your mind.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Gift cards and vouchers from Getaway Outdoors

Gift cards, vouchers and credit notes issued by Getaway Outdoors can be used in store only. They cannot be used online.

9. Misuse

We may refuse to accept, or cancel, a gift card if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when the card was bought continue to apply to that card unless the change is required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
