Shipping policy

The short version:

  • We ship within Australia from our warehouses in Western Australia.
  • Most orders are dispatched within one working day of payment.
  • Delivery takes 2 to 10 working days after dispatch, or up to 14 days for remote and regional areas.
  • You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses within Australia. We can't deliver to PO Boxes, Private Mail Bags or Parcel Lockers.

Islands and some remote areas need a separate freight quote. If your address needs extra freight, we'll contact you before your order is processed, and if you'd rather not pay the extra, we'll cancel and refund your order in full.

2. Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of full payment. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 10 working days depending on your location, and up to 14 days for remote and regional areas.

Some products may arrive in more than one carton, and parts of your order may arrive separately.

3. Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number when your order is dispatched, so you can follow your delivery.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery charges, including postage and handling, are calculated at checkout. Combined postage isn't available.

Delivery charges aren't refunded for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll refund the delivery charge or cover delivery of a replacement, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Authority to leave

If you give our courier authority to leave your parcel when no one is home, the parcel is treated as delivered once it's left at your address. We recommend delivery to an address where someone can receive it, such as a workplace.

6. Damaged in transit

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging.

7. Click & Collect

You can choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our store at Shop 2, 49-67 Armadale Road, Jandakot WA 6164. We'll let you know when it's ready. Some products, such as YETI, are available for Click & Collect only.
